I'm in software development industry for 14 years already. I have experience with building teams and development processes, bootstrapping new products and companies from ground up. Part of my career path I was involved in enterprise solutions development and have experience with building processes in large and established organizations. In the same time I'm agile adept and put teams and individuals in the first place. People tend to say I'm fun to work with, dedicated, good mentor.
